The new year is here, and it's the perfect time to The new year is here, and it's the perfect time to prioritize your health and well-being! 🌟 Good nutrition isn’t about drastic changes or restrictions; it’s about finding balance and fueling your body with the nutrients it needs. 💡 Here are a few tips to kickstart your journey: 1️⃣ Add, Don’t Subtract: Focus on adding colourful fruits, veggies, and whole foods to your plate instead of cutting things out. 2️⃣ Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Water is your best friend. Start your day with a glass and keep sipping throughout. 3️⃣ Plan Ahead: Prep meals and snacks to make healthy choices easier during busy days. 4️⃣ Listen to Your Body: Eat when you're hungry, stop just before you're full, and choose foods that make you feel good. What is CrossFit?

Most of CrossFit Pyro’s workouts are based on functional movements. Functional movements like squatting, lifting things from the ground, jumping, running and pulling. These movements are used in a constantly varied fashion while performing them at high intensity to produce results.
