How the CrossFit Open 2025 Works: 🔹 Duration: How the CrossFit Open 2025 Works: 🔹 Duration: The Open runs for 3 weeks with 1 workout released each week. 🔹 Workout Release: Workouts are announced every Thursday at 5 PM PT on games.crossfit.com. 🔹 Complete the Workout: You have 4 days to complete each workout (Thursday to Monday). 🔹 Where to Do the Workout: At CrossFit Pyro during designated Open times with a judge. At home or another gym (must submit a video for validation). 🔹 How to Register Your Score: Complete the workout and get your score validated by a judge. Submit your score online at games.crossfit.com before Monday 5 PM PT. Choose CrossFit Pyro as your affiliate when submitting your score. 🔹 Leaderboard: Scores are published on the global leaderboard at games.crossfit.com, allowing you to see how you rank locally, nationally, and globally. 🔹 Divisions & Scales: Rx (Prescribed) and Scaled options are available for every workout. What is CrossFit?

Most of CrossFit Pyro’s workouts are based on functional movements. Functional movements like squatting, lifting things from the ground, jumping, running and pulling. These movements are used in a constantly varied fashion while performing them at high intensity to produce results.
