50 alt dumbbell snatch 50/35
50 push ups
50 alt dumbbell hang clean and jerk 50/35
50 deck squats
50 suit case deadlifts right 50/35
50 V-ups
50 suit case deadlifts left 50/35
50 burpees over the dumbbell

Note: As usual, scale and modify as needed. Use whatever you’ve got for weight. If you’re using a kettlebell, you don’t need to alternate reps.
