Note: Just like last week, aim for 5 to 10 reps per cycles. 6 is the sweet spots as it gives you 30 reps total, just like “ISABEL”

Next week we’re going 5 sets with 60sec rest. Week after is going to be 5 sets with 30sec rest then we’ll be testing both “GRACE” and “ISABEL”
