Death by shoulder press 95/65

Minute 1, 1 shoulder press
Minute 2, 2 shoulder press
Minute 3, 3 shoulder press

Continue until you can no longer perform all the reps in the required timeframe

Note: Scale the weight as needed. Target intent, between 5 and 10 minutes (15 to 55 reps)
