80 wall balls 20/14
60 double unders
40 chest to bar pull ups
20 triple unders
10 squat cleans

Score is your time and the load use for the squat cleans. If you’re not quite there on double unders, do 120 singles on doubles and 60 singles on the triples but you have to do 40 attempts after the workout
