“Team Chipper”

For this workout, the amount of reps stays the same regardless of how many people are in your team. The more that comes, the easier it’s gonna be. A team of 2 would have to do way more work than a team of 4, just saying!!! Show your support, be a team player.

For time:

400m kettlebell carry 53/35 x2
100 kettlebell swings 53/35
100 pull ups
100 goblet squats 53/35
100 box jumps 24/20
100 power snatch 95/75
100 push ups
100 overhead lunges  95/65
100 wall balls 20/14
400m sled push with one partner on sled

**Every time you break or switch, the whole team as to perform 5 burpees**
