Open gym from 1000 until 1200hrs. Come work on your skills, strength or catch up on a few wods that you may have missed.

If you’re not working out, make sure you stretch. We did a pretty intense hero wod and a benchmark wod this week, the body must be tight. If you’re not soar or tight at all, you haven’t work hard enough:0)

Classes resume Monday night at 1800/ 1900 and 2000hrs.
