16.3 is happening Thursday night at 1800hrs following the live announcement. We’ll be watching the announcement in the gym then get right on it. Try to arrive a few minutes early so you won’t miss anything. I’m expecting wall balls and muscle ups in a sub 10 minutes AMRAP format. Don’t worry, I’ve been wrong before.
